I am a full-time professional, with over 38,000 hrs. of real estate experience. I carry a Broker's license, as well as GRI, CRS and ePro certifications and maintain the most comprehensive real estate market information in the area, using that knowledge to benefit my customers and clients. As a 40 year resident of East Central Indiana, I have a wide range of contacts and thorough knowledge of Muncie and surrounding communities. My diverse interests include the building trades, gardening, cooking, history, and international travel. These interests plus four grown children and 11 grandchildren (including "steps") allow me to relate well and to serve virtually anyone seeking real estate assistance.

I have been a user of "Top Producer", a dedicated real estate contact and management system since 1995. The management and marketing tools in "Top Producer" allow me to provide the best possible service to my buyers and sellers, including the availability of a dedicated web site for each customer so they can follow activity from any location 24/7.
I also do extensive studies of MLS market statistics to maintain up to the minute information on homes for sale, selling prices and market trends. This enables me properly advise my customers and clients, whether they are buying or selling.
