EWM Guys do RENTALS!

Often times, clients or would-be clients inadvertently make the mistake of thinking that we only sell high-priced homes. Not true, says Jason Kapit, Team Leader of the EWM Guys. “This is a relationship business, not a property business. Our relationships dictate what we sell, always! If a client needs us to find or sell a multi-million dollar property, that’s what we do, but that same client might need us to rent an investment property. Certainly we are not going to say no. We are there for our clients in whatever capacity is required.”
