I first started in the Real Estate business as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 2003.  I currently own my own Appraisal Business, ABCD Real Estate Services.  While I continue to appraise 2-3 properties per week throughout Middlesex and Essex Counties, I've branched out and have been using my knowledge of the area to help buyers and sellers.  I first received my sales license in 2004, and joined RE/MAX Prestige in 2005 .  I currently have both a Massachusetts and New Hampshire Sales License.  I try to focus my sales business in the Greater Lowell area, but the knowledge I've gained as an appraiser allows me to speak intelligently about other market areas. 

I am both Residential Construction Certified, and a Certified New Home Specialist. 

Due to the increase in forclosures in the area, I've recently expanded my business and have begun working with bank owned properties.

I have a background in real estate appraisals which serves my Buyer Clients very well.  I have experience in the first time buyer market, luxury homes, and REO work.

Licensed in both MA & NH.
