How I operate:
I am a firm believer in the "One Stop Shop" concept. I am a Licensed Realtor in the state of Arizona, I represent one of the top Lenders in Arizona as a Sr. Vice President, I own and operate a property management company and I develop land with luxury custom homes.
I enjoy all aspects of real estate and I can't imagine doing anything else. Over many years in the business, I've learned from mistakes and I've grown from the challanges. I've learned most of all; never to overpromise and underdeliver with my clients. I've learned the art of communication and return all calls promptly. I've learned to listen with the intent to listen and not just with the intent to respond. I've learned to treat my clients as I would want to be treated myself.
