I am a full time Inspector. I can work with your schedules, even weekends. We are certified by the state of West Virginia to do Home Inspections, Licensed to perform Radon Testing and Certified to do Mold Inspections. State Certification# HI14531061-0806 Ohio currently does not have licensure /certification. We are members of the Parkersburg Area Association of Realtors and The Kanawha Board of Realtors. We are members of the West Virginia Association of Home Inspectors, The Housing Inspection Foundation, The North American Association of Appraisers and Inspectors, an associate member of ASHI, Environmental Solutions Association and NEHA. We provide computer generated reports with pictures that are usually ready within less than 24 hours. I have 20 years experience in construction trades prior to becoming an inspector. Namely HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical, I carry a W. Va. Electrical License and an EPA Universal refrigerant certification. I attend continuing education classes to keep abreast of new construction materials/methods and any classes that make me a better inspector. We believe in talking with our clients when ever they need us. The only time you wont talk to a person is if I am in a bad cell area. I forward all our office phones to my cell when I'm away. We do not keep regular office hours you may call us anytime from 9:am to 11:00 pm 7 days a week. You may have a good inspector and poor client service or vice versa, we provide both a good inspection and good client service.

I am trained and experienced in all aspects of Home Inspection but my forte is in the HVAC, plumbing and electrical aspects of the home. I'm very computer literate, besides a well laid out computerized report we provide an interactive CD Rom report with the written report. For one corporate client we provided a video report burned on a DVD for easy viewing. I did this because they had never actually seen the property. They didn't ask for this I did it to help them have the best feel for the property possible. I want happy informed clients and I will go the extra mile for you.
