- I am the broker and owner of Horizon Realty and Horizon Realty of Mackinac Island, a home grown real estate company and the owner of Vacation Mackinac, a vacation rental management company.
About My Company
Horizon Realty is a home grown real estate company that covers St. Ignace, Moran, Brevort, Hessel and the surrounding area. We also have a branch office on Mackinac Island specializing in Island properties. We take pride in using the latest technologies to market our properties but our foundation is still experience, honesty and customer service. We have a vacation property management company that services the Mackinac area and gives our 2nd home owners an opportunity to off set their costs of ownership through our rental program.
How I Do Business:
I pride myself on creating buying and selling opportunities for my clients that truly fit what they are looking for. I love to tell a buyer that I have the perfect property for them and when they see it, hear them say "This is exactly what I am looking for."
I work hard to make sure that my clients are getting what they want out of their sale or purchase. Most transactions are about more than a piece of property, they reflect a change in a person's life. Moving on from the home their children grew up in, adding a 2nd home as a place for their loved ones to come together or a new place to start a life. What ever the reason each one deserves the best I have to offer and that is what they will get.
Real estate is not a job for me, it is something I love to do. I have been selling real estate for over 15 years and even with it's ups and downs it is still a great business to be in.

Julie, Just had to write and let you know how much we enjoyed the Tree House. What a great place for our extended family of 9 to stretch out, relax and bridge the miles that usually separate us. We cooked, ate, laughed, smiled, sampled fudge, and even watched a movies on our one rainy evening. Each event naturally focused on our newest member, 9 month old Aiden, and that made the vacation all the more delightful. What a perfect place to meet the many demands of an infant while on vacation. The home was clean, well supplied and reasonably priced. Thanks so much for making it possible.
