Lake Wylie Home Staging works within your budget and your timeframe to do as little or as much as you desire. My goal is your goal: To prepare the inside and outside of your property to get you the most attention and sell for the most amount of money. I provide property owners, REALTORS®, builders and investors with consultations, bids, occupied staging and vacant staging.
Vacant and model home specialist using my own high-end namebrand furniture and accessories to create that WOW factor so important to attract buyers. Also commercial staging, and pre construction material selections for new construction.
I have a team of tradesmen and women who work with us to provide services from cleaning, organizing, packing, painting and landscaping to renovations and historical restoration. My movers can haul and arrange for storage of excess items.

I direct a team of sewers and installers who will put custom window treatments in your home that'll take your breath away! I also direct a team of tradesmen who will measure and install gorgeous blinds and shutters of every style imaginable! And I use a talented, experienced custom upholsterer who is a perfectionist!

I have a degree in interior design and I'm a licensed Accredited Home Staging Professional Master (ASPM®) with membership in the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP®). I am 2008 president of the Charlotte IAHSP Regional Chapter.
Lake Wylie Home Staging serves all counties in both North Carolina and South Carolina, and parts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Lake Wylie Home Staging is based in Lake Wylie, SC, which is about 30 minutes south of Charlotte, NC.
