Short sales are a part of this business that I have a passion for because if I can help a family sell during the "pre-foreclosure process" then I know that something better will happen for them in the future!   I am currently trying to get established as an REO professional the only problem is that the "Short sales" that I have closed (198) do not give me the recognition that I deserve when applying for REO approval!!!!  So I am working on that aspect now!

Currently in class for the E-Pro certification.......I believe education is a life long process.  I have the GRI module one completed, EXIT Realty Certified Associate, Exit Realty Broker Owner training, Recipent of the Boot Camp Award, Meth in the Market place (I highly recommend this class) and numerous other continuing education classes.  Hud classes 1 & 2 completed also.  In addition to these classes I have an additional 139 hours countinuing education finished!  I just passed the GA Broker's Exam and will activate that license at the end of 2007 on my 3rd year anniversary. (Done)!!!! Rome, Georgia is absolutely gorgeous with an economy all it's own.  Rome population is about 100,000 it is like a little version of Atlanta.  Rome, GA is about 60 miles from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport.  Jobs are plentiful and with major companies like Pirelli, Suzuki, Sara Lee, Bekhart, BellSouth, Comcast, Zartic, Mohawk, Shaw Industries, etc.  Wonderful schools all public schools have excellent testing scores more than one college to chose from.  Berry College has over 35,000 acres making it the largest in the world!  Shorter College, Georgia Highlands College, and Coosa Valley Tech.   Also the private schools offer great programs, Darlington School, Unity Christian School, and St. Mary's Catholic School.   This year Rome, GA will host the Riverfest, Friday Nights In the Park, Chilli Cookoff.  Also in Rome the local enjoy A team Baseball with the Rome Braves!  Located between 3 rives, Rome offers lots of entertainment and small town living with the downtown area Develpoment, hosting the Tour De Georgia now for 4 years straight!  Rome also has the Forum, City Auditorium, Desoto Theatre for entertainment.  Also just  few miles away in Kigston the Atlanta Steeple Chase is annually in April. Oh, I can't forget all the great places to eat......Harvest Moon, LaScala, Urbana Coffe Shop, Victoria Rose Tea Room, Crystal Thai, Sumo (Japanese Hibatchi Grill) Las Palmas, Bella Roma, Tokoyo Express, Duffy's Deli, Prickly Pear,call me for recommendations! Golfer love and enjoy Stonebridge which is custom homes on a golf course with fees under $50 to play 18 holes of golf!  Also Barnsely Gardens is only 20 minutes from Rome with some fast green on that golf course.  Hore lovers can go to Zion Farms in Rome.  Rome has various home buying opportunites.
