Joe answered all questions I asked in a clear and calm manner. The inspection report was 60 pages, and listed all recommended actions that I should take to maintain and improve the property. I called to inquire about the services. Joe was friendly and patient while explaining his services. We set up a time that worked for both of us. He arrived on time. He inspect the large old Victorian home in a timely fashion. He was were very thorough. The inspection was done on a Friday and the report was ready on Monday. Because I had to wait for a corporate check to be cut for the exact amount of the home inspection they were kind enough to wait until Tuesday to be paid. They hand delivered my report when they collected the check. The report was thorough and easy to read. It had many color photographs. I was very pleased and I plan to use DM Home inspection in the future.

We finished the inspection today and I wanted to thank you for recommending Joe to me. I thought he did a great thorough inspection and I also thought he is very nice. He is the sort of people one instantly feels comfortable with. I know this is my first home inspection and hopefully my last, so what do I know, never the less I felt I got my money's worth and felt I got an honest to God excellent service.
