Some time ago, Dave Martinek an I partnered together to provide a better real estate service. I tend to specialize in upper end and vintage homes, both in Woodland Park and the northwest and southwest areas of Colorado Springs. Dave on the other hand, tends to specialize in land from Woodland Park to the west, although we offer both buyer and selling services for most properties.
