About Us:
James Maye is an attorney and principal at the law firm. Mr. Maye has practiced law for over sixteen years. Prior to forming The Commercial Law Group, Mr. Maye was a principal at Maye & Krom LLC in New Haven, and was affiliated with the law firms of Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City and Wiggin & Dana in New Haven. Mr. Maye is a member of the American, Connecticut, and National Bar Associations. Mr. Maye graduated magna cum laude from Mount Saint Mary’s College in 1987 and received his law degree from Columbia University School of Law in 1990 where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. In 2004, he received a Master of Philosophy in Business from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Mr. Maye is an Adjunct Professor at Norwalk Community College where he teaches, or has taught, Administrative Law, Introduction to Business, Business Law 1 and Business Law 2.
