I have lived in the Portland Metro area since 1988.  It's a great town with terrific people!  I love what I do and the people I get to meet while working in real estate.

Having lived in the the Portland metro area for such a long time I have a good understanding of what areas are popular and the types of homes in each neighborhood. Before becoming a real estate broker, I was a home remodeler and rehabber. Those rehabbing years have enablee me to better help home buyers and sellers regarding items to watch out for and what helps a home sell.

Buying or selling a home is a big decision. Right? Probably one of the biggest decisions you make in a lifetime. My job is to represent you in the buying and/or selling process. To help you understand how real estate transactions work, to answer an questions you have and to help solve challenges that may come up during the process.

In a transaction I will represent either the buyer only or the seller only. I will NOT work both sides of a transaction. By limiting myself to only one side, I know my clients are receiving my undivided attention, that I am looking out for their best interests, and that I will not find myself in an ethical dilemma.
