Staging Services:

 Our menu of services fall into four main categories:

  • A Staged 2 Sell - Bid for Services consists of a visit to your home or listing where we get a feel for what is needed and how our services can best assist you.  Our goal is to provide you with a written bid for Staging Services within 24 hours.  For vacant homes, this process works well, as we need to see the home in order to best recommend proper furnishings to Stage the house.  We will take measurements, pictures and start to formulate a Staging plan to be used to market your home.  OUR BIDS ARE ALWAYS FREE!
  • A Staged 2 Sell - Report Consultation is for those homeowners with the time, expertise and resources to prepare their home for sale but  would like to know exactly what to do to maximize the potential value of their home.  A Staging consultation consists of a room-by-room written plan that will guide you in the completion of your work. The Staged 2 Sell consultation consists of a full exterior and interior property review, evaluation and recommendations.  A detailed written report will be provided to the homeowner and copies are provided to the selling agent.
  • A Staged 2 Sell - Occupied Home Staging® otherwise known as "hands-on" staging, utilizes the homeowner's existing decor and furnishings, and/or bringing in accessories from our inventory.  Our Staging Professionals will rearrange, edit and de-clutter your space for you.  We can do as little or as much as you would like in order to ready your home for sale.
  • A Staged 2 Sell - Vacant Home Staging® is our premium service that transforms the empty space of a vacant property into a warm and inviting atmosphere.  Statistics prove that vacant homes take longer to sell and sell for less money than furnished homes. The Staging Professionals at Staged 2 Sell are trained to select appropriate furnishings and will coordinate all the details necessary to make your vacant property look great.   With a large inventory of furnishings and accessories, Staged 2 Sell can provide you with competitive rental pricing and a shorter rental period than traditional rental companies*.
