Completing the designation required 96 hours of classroom instruction plus passing six exams. Subjects covered included contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, and finance. |

Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) is the only designation and marketing program specifically designed to serve senior property owners. The e-PRO certification course is presented entirely online and certifies real estate agents and brokers as Internet professionals. The course is designed to help REALTORS® stay at the leading edge of technology and identify, evaluate and implement new Internet business models. With more than 70% of consumers beginning their real estate research on the Internet, e-PRO certified agents have the experience and expertise to meet the demands of today's buyers and sellers.
- At Home with Diversity
"At Home with Diversity" equips real estate professionals with the tools to expand home ownership opportunities for the growing number of multicultural buyers entering the housing market.
The course has two major goals: to heighten the awareness of and sensitivity to the social and cultural constituencies of local real estate markets; and to provide practical skills and tools to increase the professional's effectiveness in servicing all social groups.
