About Us:

Who is Joan DeSantis?  

Joan DeSantis has owned and managed residential investment property in Northern Virginia since 1985.  She holds a BA in Humanities from Muhlenberg College and an MS in Systems Management from Capitol College. 

A member of the Dulles Area Association of Realtors, Joan earned the  ePRO designation in 2006 and completed Craig Proctor's real estate marketing program in 2007.        

Besides selling houses, she enjoys figure skating, painting, and spending time with her husband, 10-year-old daughter, and three college kids (whenever  they're in town).  

Joan lives in Ashburn, VA.
