Our Home Staging Services:

Consultation:  We will do an on-site evaluation, approximately 2-3 hours, and provide the homeowner with a comprehensive report (Room Ready Handbook^TM) which includes a room by room checklist and addresses issues such as curb appeal, re-arrangement of furniture, cleanliness, clutter, lighting placement as well as paint and wallpaper neutralizing.  Consultation fees start at $200 + GST.  Many real estate agents offer this feature to their clients as a value-added service.

Staging of Lived-In Homes:  Our staging work involves re-arranging and editing the homeowner's furniture and accessories as well as decluttering and cleaning up.  We can do as little or as much as the clients want.  The staging fees depend on the number of rooms being staged.  They can be tailormade to suit any budget and will be less than a first price reduction.  If needed, we offer a wide range of accessories and art at a nominal fee to update your decor and enhance your home's overall appeal.

Staging of Vacant Homes:  Statistics show that 82% of vacant houses would sell faster if they were furnished.  An empty room makes it hard for buyers to imagine the placement of their furniture or, at times, the intended use of the area.  Only 10% of homebuyers can visualize the potential of a home.  Vacant homes may also give the impression that the homeowner is anxious to sell, motivating the buyer to present a lower offer.  By bringing in some rental furniture (a little goes a long way), the empty shell becomes a warm and inviting space.  Our partnership with a national furniture rental company gives us competitive pricing and preferred terms which we will pass on to you.

Joanne, we are so happy with what you and your assistant did for us. It was a daunting task for me to 'take this house and sell it' with little resources and not know where to start.
