Areas of Expertise

With a degree in Equine Science and my background in horse training I have focused my business to assist those with horse property needs. My background gives me the insight to assist all horse owners with their unique real estate goals. From the needs of 4-H families, to rodeo and horse show competitors, to trail riding enthusiasts. 

I have also worked with many clients that do not have horses but enjoy the rural lifestyle and desire homes and land with "elbow room". There are special concerns when buying or selling homes and land in rural areas. Items such as surveys, domestic wells, septic systems and deed restrictions. Whether or not you have horses these issues can affect your real estate goals. 

I am happy to assist both buyers and sellers in the Quad-City areas: Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, Chino Valley and Williamson Valley.

My Background

Prescott native who graduated from our local high school. After receiving a degree in Equine Science I spent several years living in the Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. In 2001 I made the decision to obtain my real estate license. After looking for a home for myself and my horse I realized that working with an agent who understands the needs of horses was important to me. My husband and I, along with two horses and six dogs, moved back to the Prescott area in 2003.

Education is key to any profession.  Additional designations earned include: e-Pro, GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and ASP (Accredited Staging Professional). I strive to improve my knowledge by attending classes offered locally and online.
