Jodi Hooper Spelbring has considerable knowledge of the Northern Virginia area, and has lived and worked in the DC Metro area for the last 20 years. Her passions include wine tasting, shelter dogs, teaching Pilates, running & unique houses. She currently lives in Haymarket with her husband Scott, a music producer, and her dog Elsa who has a gold record for her appearance on Jason Mraz's song, Curbside Profit. Jodi has considerable experience building custom homes, including the budgeting, permitting and selection process. In addition, she has worked with investor clients to buy, renovate and flip houses. Her passion for wine has drawn her family to begin the development of a vineyard in Northern Virginia.
