I got into Real Estate in Feburary of 2003. I have been a top producing agent since I started. Winning Master Level every single year along wtih the Quality Servide awards. I have worked with all types of buyers through out the years. I have investors that I work with closely. First time home buyers, I love walking them thru the process. I have buyers that are selling their current homes to "move up" to a larger home.
I also have buyers that move here from out of state and I have a great program where they can search the MLS and change their criteria and then we are able to narrow down what they want to see, to make their time here searching very valuable and worthwhile.
Regarding sellers. I have the whole gamet, from people selling their condos, to those people selling their very expensive homes. I treat all of my customers the same when selling their homes no matter what the price. It is all about customer service and communication, especially in today's current market place.

CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills started as Ahwatukee Foothills Realty in June 1988 with 4 agents adn a 1000 sq foot office. In August 1989 we joined the CENTURY 21 System. Our office moved in November 1989 to a 2000 sq foot office located on Equestrian Trail in Ahwatukee. Again in 1991 moved to a 4300 sq foot office on Ray Road. Today were are located @ 3930 E. Chandler Blvd.
