About The Jody Sayler Team:
I am originally from South Dakota and moved to Gold Canyon, Arizona in 1997, to fulfill my dream of building a Super 8 Motel. My dream materialized after researching available real estate in Arizona and located a large parcel to build the motel on. After leading a real estate investing group to this area, the deal was finalized and the Super 8 motel was built. I was a partner and Director of Operations for the Super 8 Motel in Apache Junction.
I completed Real Estate classes at the University of South Dakota in 1992. I was involved in commercial and residential real estate development in South Dakota.
In 2003, I became a licensed Real Estate Agent in Arizona. After joining Keller Williams I quickly became recognized as a leading expert in the Gold Canyon, Apache Junction, Superstition Mountain, Mesa, Queen Creek, Queen Valley, and Phoenix Metropolitan real estate markets.
In 2006, the Jody Sayler Team, a group of real estate professionals was formed. I have 2 full time agents devoted to Real Estate, an office/team manager, administrative assistant, lending partner, title/escrow company, repairman, and landscaping crew that work towards making sure my clients are completely satisfied with my services.
I have always been a very active member of the communities where I have lived. In South Dakota, I was on the Fair Board, Community Concert Board, Humane Society Board and Chamber of Commerce Board. I was also the 1997-1998 South Dakota Snow Queen Chairman and volunteered to work most events that were held in Aberdeen, South Dakota. I was named the Aberdeen, South Dakota Citizen of the Year in 1998.
I was a member of the Apache Junction Police Department D.A.R.E board from 2000 to 2003. Currently I am a member of the Apache Junction Chamber of Commerce and the Gold Canyon Business Association. I hold several memberships to real estate associations from the National Association of Realtors to the South East Valley Region Association of Realtors.
