" Joeann, I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the FSBO Game!! I have joined forces with my favorite lender and we have put together our FSBO toolkit which has empowered both of us to generate new business. Last Friday, we got in the Basso Group moving van, and drove around looking for FSBO yard signs and knocked on doors and delivered our toolkit binders to 6 different FSBOs. We just knew that we would run into all kind of resistance, and so we had brushed up on our skills in overcoming objections. But, guess what? We got invited into each of the homes of the FSBOs and had to finally excuse ourselves so we could meet with more people. As I told you on the last day of the game; when I started the FSBO game I felt like I was a warrior going into battle stripped totally naked with nothing to protect me, and by the time we were finished with the game I felt like I was going into battle with a totally equipped uniform and all of the necessary tools to be victorious. I know that the skills I learned during the game, and my new found ability to "reframe" my thinking will expand other horizons as well; and for that, I am grateful to you! I plan to participate in more of your events in the future. Next week Greg and I are off to Costa Rica, so I will be getting a much needed respite. Thanks so much for your awesome coaching!!"
