His responsibilities included overseeing a wide variety of customer service departments such as the front desk, room reservations, bellmen, valet parking and many more while managing over 650 people . This along with his bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada @ Las Vegas in Hotel Administration has helped him a great deal interacting with his clients which in turn helps continue his success in the Real Estate business. His children are currently attending the University of Nevada, Jonathan in Las Vegas and Jasa in Reno.

To improve his ability to serve his customers, Joe continues to educate himself in the field of real estate. He has already obtained his Broker/Salesperson Real Estate License and is currently in the process of obtaining his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
