I'm not big on the use of testimonials.  Maybe that's because they're so easy for us to get and I tend to take them for granted.  And maybe because I tend to feel as though it's just bragging to go around telling the world how wonderful everyone thinks you are.  (Okay, so maybe that's just me.)
