I am experienced in using many state and local down payment assistance programs to help my clients without down payments purchase homes. I can do some purchases with no money down, and I have several programs requiring just a 3.5% down payment. Waterstone Mortgage offers VA, FHA, WHEDA, USDA, Conventional and Sub-Prime mortgage products. In addition, I frequently refer business to local banks to access certain portfolio products.
