Joe, I met the guy that bought the other new house like our that was three doors down. He is the new sales manager for XXXXXXXX. He made it a point to tell me that they had managed to negotiate the house down from 925k to 885k with all of his closing costs paid. I didn't have the heart to tell him that we had bought the same house with one more upgrade for almost 150k less. I hate to think what will happen if he has to relocate out in the next 2-3 years.
