- We are a team that specializes in residential & commercial investments, short sales, new homes, buyer relocation. I'm in my 20th year of RE, and have a CRS, EcoBroker, e-Pro, ABR, CDPE, and CCIM soon.
About Us:
After owning retail stores in Oklahoma City, Norman, and Tulsa for sixteen years, I entered Real Estate in 1989 and am now in my 20th year. I have always valued education and feel that in order to provide uncommonly great service we have to go beyond the basic requirements. I have obtained the designations of Certified residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), EcoBroker, Certified Internet Expert (e-Pro), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). I have finished my requirements for the CCIM Commercial Real Estate designation, and should sit for the test in October. I also believe that Realtors should specialize so that not only do they diffferentiate themselves from other realtors, they also know an area of importance 100%. As a team we specialize in investment real estate, buyer relocation, new home sales, and working with pre-foreclosures. We have specialist in every category, and staff at my office that we use to make sure that communication is flawless. I also have dedicated myself in helping our industry thrive by serving on the Oklahoma City MLS Board, The Edmond Board of Realtors, and the CRS Board, and I am a certified real estate teacher in Oklahoma. I also travel the country and speak at investment meetings at least 10 times per year. I am also a Commission certified real estate teacher for the state of Oklahoma.
