As a lifetime native/resident of the Genesee County area, I have seen and talen part in many changes in this community. I have also faced, and dealt with, many challanges as well. Knowing about the area and it's many individual communities is an important factor in being able to skillfully and honestly represent clients and customers wishing to purchase and/or sell a home in this area. The added knowledge I have obtained about the "bricks and sticks' of homes thru my past experiance in construction,(I've done everything from rough framing, to finish carpentry, to ceramic tile work and more!) helps me in providing guidance in the selection of the right property for my clients. My 18 plus years in the Real Estate business here in Genesee County, (over 12 of those years spent managing a Branch office as well as doing my personal sales) have given me wonderful contacts in all areas of the business and the relationships I have developed also enable me to better represent my clients. My motto, actually I have a couple, is/are; " If asked a question that I don't have the (correct) answer for, I will certainly know of someone with the expertise in that specific area, and find the answer by the end of the day." My other motto is, " I don't just Talk Real Estate...I Listen." In my years in Real Estate I have been fortunate to be able to provide service worthy of referrals, and rely heavily upon the words of past clients to bring me more business, and I enjoy doing the same for agents who will provide the same level of service to those clients of mine whom I find the need to refer out to someone.
