I am a life long resident of Maine traveling the state extensively, I am a certified nagoitation specialist and certified new homes specialist. I have sold homes and have found homes for both types of clients from as far as northern Maine to the south coast of the great state of Maine.

My area of expertise is the southern coast of Maine, listing homes. cottages, condominiums and seasonal income properties on the water. The seasonal income properties are investments for mostly out of state buyers, and my job whether it is for the seller or the buyer client is to find the best situation to maximize there profit potenial on these unique properties. Growing up on the coast being a beach bum and proud to say it, is that I know these community's like the back of my hand and the folks who live there.
