About Us:
I am a California Realtor® and Broker of Record for Elite Properties. I have had some success in the Internet market space, and I am the author of several web sites, including Sacramento Real Estate, which has had favorable search engine placement for about four years now.
Elite Properties has so far been quite successful even in the slow market we're going through in Sacramento because of the talent and hard work of the agents I'm fortunate to have attracted to the company, and to some extent due to the success of our Internet Marketing. One thing I've been a bit slow to adopt however is a more open-minded attitude toward this whole Web 2.0 business, but I'm working on improving that.
Areas of Expertise
Elite Properties is a full service residential real estate firm. Since our emphasis is on Internet marketing, we tend to be strong buyers' agents, working with many buyers we meet off the Internet. That's not to say that some of our agents aren't also outstanding listing agents as well, simply that we tend to meet and work for more buyers from our marketing efforts. These include a strong percentage of first time buyers, referrals from other agents, and out of area buyers relocating to our area.
