The Arizona Biltmore Resort & Hotel offers a rich addition to life for area residents. This historic resort was built in Feb 1929, and is the only Frank Lloyd Wright-influenced design Hotel in the world. When the vision for the Arizona Biltmore was complete the collaboration (which included FL Wright, William Jr. Wrigley, & architect Albert Chase McCarthur) imagined a fulfillment for all of the senses. The design of the hotel begins with the main component: the pre-cast concrete "Biltmore Block", which was fabricated onsite and is the core material used to build the entire resort.

Today, we can enjoy the timeless design, art, manicured lush grounds, fabulous gardens, golf courses, stunning pools, glorious fountains, and gold leaf cielings that are here to make the Arizona Biltmore shine forever as the centerpiece for the Biltmore area.

Surrounding the hotel grounds are charming community subdivisions that offer anything from a 1 bedroom condominium to stately modern mansions and everything in between.

 It doesn't have to be expensive to live in the best part of town! There are several Golf course communities within the Arizona Biltmore area itself: There is the  Biltmore Terrace (a condominium association) where prices are ranging from the low $100's to the high $300's. The Cloisters (another condominium project) offers similar prices. 

The Biltmore Courts start in the mid $200's and offer a community pool, tennis courts, and garages. Many of the units have mountain views and/or back to the golf course!

Zen 32 will spoil the Sushi enthusiast and convert those who have resisted the trend. Don't miss the happy hours and think of Zen when you are ready for a casual and happening date night.

Area convenience

Metropolitain Phoenix has spanned to cover nearly 100 miles from corner to corner. There are many outstanding communities that have taken root in the outlying areas such as Troon North.

Desert Mountain and Carefree just to name a few. While these outlying communities are great they are also a great distance from the center of town. The Biltmore area is within 5 minutes of all of the freeways and no more than a 10 m inute drive to reach the Phoenix Skyharbor airport..

Activities:

The Biltmore area offers many outdoor recreational like hiking Camelback Mountain.

Golf provides the perfect combination of camaraderie and competition. There are over 250 golf courses in the valley of the sun, with none more striking than the Biltmore links and Adobe courses.
