About John DeNucci

I have been a real estate broker since 1999. This is my second career, my first being a 20+ year career in law enforcement in Wisconsin. I have taken my real estate profession very seriously, which is why I was drawn to ERA. Early in my career I obtained my GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute degree), my CRS (Certified Residential Expert degree) and my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative Degree). I recently obtained my CDPE (certified Distressed Property Expert degree) to allow me to assist both sellers and buyers better with the short sale process.

I strive to provide exceptional real estate service with integrity and honesty. I continually attend classes on assorted topics in the field of real estate in order to stay abreast of changes in today's market. I have a good knowledge of the Amelia Island , Fernandina Beach , Yulee , and Nassau County Florida real estate market.

Why I Love Amelia Island.

Several years ago my family and I noticed a sign on I-95 in Northeast Florida that read " Fernandina Beach / Amelia Island ". After having rode in the car for several hours my wife, Sara, reluctantly agreed to take the 15 minute drive to see what the area was about. We were greeted with miles of sunny unspoiled sandy beaches and acres of green space with lush vegetation. The city of Fernandina Beach itself is a charming small southern town with a picturesque historic district which includes much of the downtown area. Beautiful tree lined streets and perfectly restored homes from times gone by. So what did we find to be the best part of Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach ? The people!! Wonderful friendly down to earth people! That was the icing on the cake for us and we found ourselves buying a home on Amelia Island two weeks later. I am not an impulsive person and at times I still am amazed at how the "magic" of Amelia Island grabbed us. We still today feel very blessed to have found this wonderful place to call home!
