With two decades of experience in the real estate and lending industries, John Diaz knows how to move a property and secure financing, enabling buyers and sellers to capitalize on his multiple abilities. John who earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, N.C., has a varied career: In Puerto Rico, he ran a $1.3 billion branch of Ford Motor Credit Co., Before opening his own business in South Florida, Diaz worked in mortgage consulting for Citibank, Washington Mutual and HomeBanc. A graduate of West Palm Beach's Cardinal Newman High School, Diaz is intimately familiar with Palm Beach County. As a property investor himself, Diaz knows what clients want and need in way of a Realtor. John has experience, professionalism, integrity and most of all, trust. John and his family have lived in South Florida 30 years. John is also fluent in Spanish.
