First and foremost, I would like to thank you for all the hard work put in to my buying a home. It's been a rough roller coaster ride (about 2 years, 3 Real Estate Agents, 4 Lenders). I've seen the market (i.e interest rates/home prices) go up and down. My first home buying experience was enjoyable you were a very helpful and accommodating agent, that most importantly got the job done. As a new home owner, I am glad you were on my side. I would of never of thought about the extras that could be procured in a purchase if one is aggressive as yourself (i.e the 1yr home warranty, paid closing costs, washer/dryer, refrigerator/freezer, etc.). John, my family and I would like to sincerely thank you for your integrity and honesty and diligence. Due to all your work, I, got a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house at $215,000 with a 5.25% interest rate.
