Testimonials

Many people ask me what my outlook is on housing in the urban core. This question is quite common and I completely understand why people need to ask the question. The real issue is NOBODY ever knows and if you try figuring that question out you'll be busy like the cat chasing it's own tale. If anyone could truly answer that question, they would create a product around it and make billions. So the reality is nobody knows. However, there is a way around this whole issue and it's right in front of you. It's the same old adage in real estate--location, location, location. Find property closest to all the things you find in the city (sporting events, arts, airports, parks, etc...). Next, look for the a smaller project with excellent construction. Next, find some distinctive architecture and lastly, look for the best value in all the projects that fulfill the first three. Easy. Done.

This is how you hedge against turmoil.  Also buy for a longer term (don't be so impulsive and need to move every two years) and the way you can identify this last point is buy something you truly love. Buying by the numbers solely misses the mark. In order to live in something for a while you need to love it. The longer you remain in the condo the better your investment will perform and you can ride the up's and down's in a home you truly enjoy.

This is how I work with clients. Check out http://www.phoenixurbanliving.com/ for lofts, row-homes, high-rises in Phoenix, Tempe and Scottsdale then give a call and I can help you through this process and start living the life you want today!
