Dear Prospective Home Buyer/Seller,
If dedication, attention to detail, and going well beyond the normal duties of a real estate broker are all traits you are looking for as you venture into the home market, than John Luongo exemplifies this person in every way and then some. We contracted John to sell our home in June of this year, and although the process has gone anything but smooth, I do not know where we would be if not for his continued efforts on our behalf.
Trusting someone with the sale or purchase of your most valued asset requires a huge leap of faith. We were no different in this situation, knowing that we were making a life change that required us moving our lives to a new area. However, when John knocked on our door and sat down to talk with me concerning our situation, I felt an immediate sense of calm. From the beginning John took a genuine personal interest in our lives and where they were going, as opposed to other brokers I have worked with who viewed us as their source of income. Before even contracting John, his willingness to offer advice and assist was far more than I had ever encountered from someone in his field.
As I stated earlier, our selling experience has went anything but smooth. Everything that could have went wrong, did. Yet in the face of such adversity, John never missed a step. No matter what time of day, or day of the week for that matter, his willingness to make phone calls, personally deliver important documents, or assist in any matter was never more than a phone call away. Because of our circumstance, we had to move in August no matter what, and since that time John has been indispensable. Having moved five hours away, our abilities to take care of matters concerning our home sale were limited at best, and that is where John has saved the day countless times.
Although John is a relative new comer to the field of real estate, he carries himself with the utmost dignity and respect, while displaying a level of intelligence and knowledge that one would expect from someone who has spent a lifetime in the field. With this being said, one can only assume his abilities will sharpen and improve greatly with time and experience, certainly with the expectation of him being tops in his field.
Throughout this process John has become more than just a broker; he has become a friend. As a working musician, I know first hand the value of your reputation and how important recommendations from others are, and that is why I take these opportunities very seriously, and only lend my name to those whom I feel exemplify the best in their field.
