My Company, Rosco Holdings, LLC along with Title Alliance, Ltd. creates Successful Title Joint Ventures.  I am also a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent with the Hertvik Insurance Group.  Rosco Holdings, LLC is also a partner in REOProServ, a full spectrum default services company.
