November 2008 We would like to comment and extend our thanks on our positive experience with Realtors Shona Goulden and John Scappaticci. We certainly would recommend both of them to our family and friends for any of their real estate needs. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner and had superior knowledge and expertise in their field as well as providing us with valuable information and recommendations for other professionals to assist us with home inspections/insurance, etc. They went above and beyond in terms of being available at a moment's notice for the viewing of the home and to write up and present the offer in a very efficient and timely fashion. They also assisted in forwarding the accepted offer to our financial institution and our lawyer for further follow up.
