About Us:

I have been in real estate since 1994. Graduate of Indiana University. Member of White County Association, Lafayette Regional Association, Indiana Association, and the National Association of REALTORs.  Was REALTOR of the Year for White County in 1997, 2003, and 2007.   Named Indiana REALTOR of the Year in 2007.  I belong to many community organizations.  Received the Greater Monticello Chamber of Commerce Volunteer Of The Year Award in 2002 and Business of the Year in 2007.  In 1994, I worked at another real estate office, which I later managed for several years.  I then set out as an Independent in October of 2008.

Areas of Expertise

I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Monticello, Reynolds, Monon, Buffalo, Delphi, Brookston, Idaville, Chalmers, and Wolcott. Also with waterfront property on Lake Shafer, Lake Freeman, and the Tippecanoe River. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.
