About Us:

I received a honorable discharge from the Navy having served four years in the submarine force as a sonar technician (visit my Navy blog). After which I found a job in a calibration lab, certifying and repairing industrial test equipment.  I worked in the lab for nine years while I worked on an associates in business and continued on for a bachelors in finance.  Along with work and school I still managed to start two businesses in rental property.  Midway in the pursuit of my Bachelors, I took a hiatus to gather my bearings, and met my wonderful fiance.  My fiance and I now own a vending company together and of course I now inspect homes for you.

I have passed the national licensing exam
I have passed the InterNACHI inspector exam
I have passed the InterNACHI safe practices course

I have passed the InterNACHI structural issues for home inspectors course
I have passed the InterNACHI electrical inspection course

As an InterNACHI member I fulfill a minimum of 24 hours of continued education every year.
I fulfill a minimum of 5 hours of continued education every year for Oklahoma State requirements.
