I am well versed in the needs of seniors--after all, I am one myself.  That aside, however, I find that I am able to communicate with people of all ages, and enjoy working with buyers and sellers, both young and not-so-young. 

I bring to the table a long career in business, with experience as Controller, Office Manager, Human Resources, as well as an Owner.  This varied experience has served well in difficult negotiations, analyzing and restructuring offers in order to make a win-win situation out of chaos.  By listening closely to my clients, and actually hearing and respecting what they are saying, I am usually successful in helping them achieve the goals they were seeking.

I am very familiar with manufactured homes, as well as conventional homes, and can make either transaction as smooth and trouble-free as possible.  Being very detail-oriented I am able to coordinate the myriad details that must be accomplished to successfully close a real estate transaction.

I am pleased to serve the Inland Empire Area as well as the San Gorgonio Pass area of Southern California.  This covers cities from Rialto heading east to Cabazon and White Water.
