I love Atlanta. My family moved here in 1973 and since that time I have lived in Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta and Cumming Ga. I have lived in Alpharetta and Cumming since 1989 and I offer exceptional service - with the best mix of technology and human touch. I specialize in residential homes in Alpharetta, Roswell, Duluth, Milton and Johns Creek (North Fulton) and Cumming and Suwanee (Forsyth and Gwinnett), with a couple of transactions each year in Downtown Atlanta and Cobb County. Alan & Tamara - (Sold their home and purchased their new home throught the John Foster Team)
John sold our home in 35 days (which is significantly faster than our s/d average) and we received 99% of our list price (97.6% after we paid closing costs). This is exactly where John suggested we would end up at the beginning of the process. Our home was previously listed with another agent and when it did not sell we called John. His marketing works. Additionally, this was a rental home and he coordinated with the tenant and the entire closing process went well. He did what he said he would do. I would definitely recommend John to anyone wanting to sell their home.
John sold our home in 42 days and we received 100% of our list price (98.3% after we paid part of the closing costs). This is very close to where John suggested we would end up at the beginning of the process. The communication process was excellent - we could see the actual feedback from agents. John is excellent at negotiating. The opening offer was for approximately 90% of our asking price and John got them up to 100%. I strongly recommend John and his team.
