About Us:
My name is Jon Adams and I work for SC Mortgage Associates. My business partner Frank Huguenin (one of 4 operating owners) and I are looking to start off the 2008 year with bang. For us to accomplish that we need to align ourselves with good, dedicated and experienced Real Estate Agents. Frank and I have a total of 15 years combined knowledge in our industry and our business is growing in a market that is somewhat slow. I would assume that you would want to deal with the best in the business so your clients get the service they deserve. I promise you that Frank and I are not your typical loan officers. There are two things that Top Producing Realtors want from a mortgage partner: Availability and Communication!
There are many things we can offer like our Premier Service Agreement which targets your sellers and our Buyer Payback Rewards program which targets your buyers. We are also available Mon - Sun from 9am to 9pm if you need us. We have pre-qualified many of our clients over the weekend and had pre-qual letters sent to our realtors so they could proceed with an offer on a Saturday or Sunday. We have over 25 banks to service your clients from construction, jumbo, commercial, conventional, FHA, VA, etc... Rates are also very low right now and our services and programs might qualify your buyers for lower rates than competing retail banks in your area. Since I am on the wholesale side of the lending business my rates are usually anywhere from .125% to .250% lower than my competitors.
