About Us:
I am a motivated Real Estate Agent who enjoy's a challenge; first time buyers are fun, but investors are the challenge I enjoy the most. Currently, we have a clearing house for short-sale properties, and we also focus on the "core area" auction and bank owned (REO) properties. I am honest and sincere, earning respect from all of my clients and my community. My clients understand that when they are in a challenging position, I make myself available so I can coach them through their difficult decision. I am involved in my community, from being former PTSA President, Coaching Jr High Wrestling, running food drives, fund raisers, to getting involved in City Task Force Committees to resolve challenges that threaten my community. Without question, I always do the right thing, even when it is very painful. I am known as an advocate for children and aging adults. I am a solution and goal oriented individual, educating my clients every step of the way. I consider every single client to be client for life.
Areas of Expertise
While building a career in commercial construction, JonErik began his career in Real Estate in 1985 by helping multiplex investors manage, maintain and build their portfolios to retire and enjoy a very comfortable lifestyle. Other prior experience includes building complex teams, business modeling and development, financial analysis and budget preparation, operations and property management of a portfolio valued at over $500 million. He was the key player on the team that brought the cruise industry to Seattle. Being a people person, his management skills were proven by developing successful relationships with several federal regulatory agencies, longshoremen, warehouse and several other trade unions, as well as city government and community representatives. He has been owner's representative providing oversight and project management to projects as large as $200 million. Currently, he has been using his construction and development experience to provide analyst services to a local developer, while focusing his Real Estate talents on Multi-family and other investment properties in the greater Seattle area.
JonErik also focuses his unstoppable energy on Seattle and Eastside single-family homes and condominiums for first time buyers and investment enthusiasts, all while being an advocate for children and vulnerable aging adults. JonErik does not consider himself to be a salesman, he is rather a personable people person that is solution oriented, always with his clients needs being his top priority.
