As the founding broker/owner of djk-REALTORS, Debbie Jones-Kelly has experience selling every type of property the real estate market has to offer: land, new homes, commercial buildings, fixer-uppers, small bungalows for the first time buyer, and of course, some of the finest homes in Atlanta. A resident of Atlanta since 1978, Debbie has been selling real estate since 1986. With the inevitable changes in the real estate market, she is also committed to staying absolutely current in the field by regularly attending continuing education classes and seminars.
Debbie is an active member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She sits on the Professional Standards Committee at the Atlanta Board of Realtors. In 2007 the Atlanta Board of Realtors awarded Debbie with a Captain of Industry Award for 10 years of consecutive service to the board. A life time member of the Million Dollar Club, she received the Phoenix Award in 2002 from the Atlanta Board of Realtors for recognition of 10 years in the Million Dollar Club. She holds the GRI designation and the prestigious CRS designation. Only 4% of Realtors hold the "Certified Residential Specialist" designation. HomeGain has awarded Debbie their Gold Club membership which is an elite group of top-performing Realtors, selected by consumers, and ranks in the top 5% of all HomeGain Realtors nationwide. Debbie was named one of Atlanta's Top Real Estate Agents in 2004 by readers of Atlanta Magazine's survey to find knowledgeable agents of the highest quality and integrity. Debbie was named one of Atlanta's Super Real Estate Agents in 2005 by Atlanta Magazine's Home. Paying attention to detail, to make everything go smoothly, is Debbie's primary concern. She works diligently to solve problems before they happen. Her large number of repeat customers and referrals can attest to this fact.
Debbie is involved in her community in many ways. She helps sponsor the Dick Lane Velodrome. Debbie is co-founder and sponsor of the Grant Park Summer Shade Festival which was first held in 2003 and subsequently in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. This great event benefits the Grant Park Conservancy.
