I have been in real estate for three years.  I used this time to gain further education earning my CBR (Certified Buyer Rep), GRI (Graduate, Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Rep) and my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).  I was named the 'Professional Newcomer of the Year - 2005' by the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors.   As a graduate of Floyd Wickman's Starmakers Program, I have met many incredible agents from around the US and Canada.  They have generously shared their ideas to help make me a better Realtor.  I also took a huge leap of faith this year and hired a coach to help me reach the next level of my career.  I have put all of this in place to help me be the best Realtor that I can be, vowing to do what I say I will do, sometimes more, just never less!

I love my job! I most enjoy residential sales.  It is all about the people and there is nothing better than helping people find their new or first home!  We have many neighborhoods within our adjoining communities of Coralville and Iowa Ctiy.  Because of the active development in our area, North Liberty has almost connected as well.  Who knows, Cedar Rapids may be next!  

Coralville and Iowa City blasts the myth that Iowa is a flat state.  As the Iowa River divides our two cities, many areas are blessed with rolling hills and beautiful tree-lined boundaries.  New construction is happening all over so whichever area attracts your eye, I will be able to show you several homes to choose from, and one that will be perfect! 

Of course, the University of Iowa and the U of I Hospitals and Clinics employ a great number of our homeowners but we are also home to ACT College Testing, NCS Pearson, Proctor & Gamble and many other businesses as well as great shopping and many awesome restaurants!  Iowa City has arts and culture, music and food...what a wonderful place to call home!

Our public school system is one of the top in the nation and our ACT average is well above the national average.  We also have a private parochial school and much in place to assist homeschoolers, as well.
