About Us:

A family team giving you 4 times the attention. Jon Zolsky, broker, Olga, a sales associate, Vadim, our son, a sales associate. Daughter Inna is helping with all our marketing. Our grandson little Shane is simply making life brighter, and Inna's two dogs are stress relievers.

We came as refugees from the USSR in 1991 after living above the Arctic Circle for 14 years. We are still warming up, enjoying beautiful beaches, the ocean, the sun... 

Lived and worked in New York for over 5 years, in Florida since 1996, haven't seen the snow since moving here, and so far do not miss it.

We live on the Beachside, our office is in the oceanfront condo-hotel and by virtue of the location we are condo and condo-hotel gurus.

The market is still slow, and the prices are beautifully low. Daytona beachside was and will soon again become expensive. Do not sit on the fence. The only way to know for sure when the prices are at their lowest is when they start going up.
