About Us:

A non-competing family team working together giving you 4 times the attention. Jon Zolsky, broker, MA in Education. Olga is a sales associates, MA in Education. Vadim, our son, is a sales associate. He has BA in Visual Arts (graphic design), Bachelor in Computers, and MA in Education. Daughter Inna is a licensed sales associate, she is helping with all our marketing. She holds BA in English and Philosophy. Daniel, the elder of two grandkids, is doing our video/slide presentations, little Shane is simply makes life lighter, and their two dogs, a python, and two mice work as stress reliever.

The familycame as refugees from Russia in 1991 after living above the Arctic Circle for 14 years. We are still warming up, enjoying beautiful beaches, the ocean, the sun... Lived and worked in New York, in Florida since 1996, haven't seen the snow since moving here, and so far do not miss it. We are still in love with Florida.

What we do best

Our office is in the condo-hotel right in the heart of Daytona Beach, and by virtue of the location we eventually became condo-hotel gurus (check our site www.DaytonaCondoHotel.com).

We specialize in beachide properties, mostly in condominiums. In addition to beachside, we work in Venetian Bay in New Smyrna Beach(www.beautifulflorida.com/venetian_bay.htm)

Work with investors, by renting their properties until the time when market goes hot again. Do a little bit of commercial. Plan to go back to commercial, when decide that the office is set to work on residential without me.

The market is slow, and the prices are beautifully low. Daytona beachside will soon become too expensive. So, do not sit on the fence for too long. The only way you know for sure when the prices are at their lowest is when they start going up.
