About Us:

A family team giving you 4 times the attention. Jon Zolsky, broker, Olga, a sales associate, Vadim, our son, broker/associate. Daughter Inna is helping with all our marketing. Our grandson little Shane is simply making life brighter, and Inna's two dogs are volunteer stress relievers.

We came as refugees from the USSR in 1991 after living above the Arctic Circle for 14 years. We are still warming up, enjoying beautiful beaches, the ocean, the sun... 

Lived and worked in New York for over 5 years, in Florida since 1996, haven't seen the snow since moving here, and so far do not miss it.

What we do best

We live on the Beachside, we breathe beachside, we walk beachside, and we work beachside. We are best with condos and condo-hotels. And if there are agents besides us, who know condos, there are only a few who know condo-hotels.

The market started warming up, but the prices are still relatively low. Daytona beachside was and will soon again become expensive. It is not a matter of if, but only a matter of when.

The only way to know for sure when the prices are at their lowest is when they start going up. Well, they are higher today than a year or two years ago.

And there is no doubt that they are lower today, than they will be tomorrow.
