About Us:

A non-competing family team giving you 4 times the attention. Jon Zolsky, broker, Olga, a sales associate, Vadim, our son, a sales associate. Daughter Inna is helping with all our marketing. Daniel, the elder of two grandkids, helps with video/slide presentations, little Shane is simply makes life brighter, Inna's two dogs, a python, a mouse are stress relievers.

We came as refugees from the USSR in 1991 after living above the Arctic Circle for 14 years. We are still warming up, enjoy beautiful beaches, the ocean, the sun... Lived and worked in New York for over 5 years, in Florida since 1996, haven't seen the snow since moving here, and so far do not miss it. We are in love with Florida.

We specialize in beachside condos and condo-hotels. In addition to beachside, we work in Venetian Bay in New Smyrna Beach (www.beautifulflorida.com/venetian_bay.htm)

The market is slow, and the prices are beautifully low. Daytona beachside was and will soon again become expensive. Do not sit on the fence for too long. The only sure way to know for sure when the prices are at their lowest is when they start going up.
