About Me

I have been in the Myrtle Beach area for 11 years now.  I first started in Real Estate by purchasing a rental house on Brenda Place in Bent Oak Estates.  I enjoyed it so much that I began to purchase more rental homes in the area.  As I continued to excel in the real estate business I decided to get my license and pass on my knowledge to the public.  I believe the real reason I have prospered both as a Realtor and as Real Estate Entrepreneur is because I have a genuine care and interest in every individual I meet.  I promise I will never say or do anything just to "make a sale."  Everything I do will be with your best interests in mind.  Come talk with me and I will help you find more than what you are looking for, I'll help you find what you WANT!

Areas of Expertise

As any good agent does, I try to keep myself up to date on both resale and new construction homes.  Myrtle Beach is an ever changing area with constant growth.  This in mind, I also try to always be "in the know."  It is important to know how the area is changing when deciding where you are going to plant your dreams and purchase your next investment.  My goal is to always have that extra insight so that you will never have any regrets in the future.  I will do my due diligence so that you don't have to!

Over the years of practicing real estate my expertise has grown to include Property Management (I myself own 6 rentals in the Myrtle Beach area and often assist my clients in renting and managing their investments,) Financing (I am a licensed SC loan officer,) and all aspects of selling real estate.  I have participated in selling Short Sales, Foreclosures, owner-financing, rent to own, and have expierence in both Buyer's and Seller's markets.
