About Us:

I'm a Senior Loan officer at 5 Star Mortgage, Llc, a rather new company in Colorado Springs that is built around the concept of treating our clients right so they'll continue to do business with our company. So many other mortgage companies in the Springs I've seen disregard the customers interests in order to get a bigger commission; what they don't realize is that they'll never get a referral or see that customer again, to the eventual downfall of their company. I believe that the licensing statute that recently was put into effect here in Colorado will push many of these "bad apples" out of the marketplace even sooner, and hopefully this will help burnish the reputation of the mortgage broker industry as a whole as an integral partner in getting real estate bought and sold. 

Areas of Expertise

My simple focus is getting homebuyers into homes. I'm a specialist in fixing credit issues, counseling first -time homebuyers, and hand-holding throughout the process. There are many loan officers who's main focus is refinancing because they get to escape the pressure of a contract and a set closing date. However, I've found that these factors help motivate me and touch into my main strength as a problem-solver and get-it-done personality.
