Joe Sayegh practices primarily in the area of Real Estate Law, including residential and commercial real estate closings; residential and commercial mortgage loan closings for various mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers and private lenders; business formation, business purchase and sale transactions.  Joe also handles creditor negotiation and settlement/discharge of judgments.

Sayegh, Esq. represents Sellers and Purchasers of residential and commercial real estate.  The transactions involve a full range of ownership forms (single family residences, multifamily dwellings, commercial properties, condominiums, cooperatives, etc.) and various types of financing.  My work involves title examination, financing issues, contract negotiation and execution, document preparation, client preparation and attendance at closing of transaction.

Joseph S. Sayegh, Esq. serves national, regional and community banks, credit unions and institutional mortgage lenders in New York State, as well as numerous out-of-state lenders.  I provide my institutional clients with tri-countywide support and I strive to handle high-volume residential real estate closings quickly and cost-effectively.  I have dedicated closers who meet with borrowers in my offices, to oversee the execution of all documents and the recording of instruments necessary to secure my client's loan.
