Dear Joseph Goodman,

Pam and I have been in our new home for about a month now and we both feel that it would not have been possible without the help of you and you entire team. We wanted to write and let you know that we appreciate everything you have done for us.

It started with your prompt response that we needed to sell our house quickly, as we had entered into a contract for a new home that was nearly completed. We had a little over a month to sell and close on our existing house, and you stepped up to the place and showed us what the real world was and what we needed to do to make that happen.

We had very good response from your marketing plan that netted us an offer in a very short time. When that offer didn't work out, and as we were trying to get some help from our mortgage company for the new home, I have a hunch that you put a seed in their pocket regarding a different type of loan that might work for us. The mortgage company then offered that to us and it worked out perfectly, and we were able to close on our new house and complete the deal when we closed on our old house, which was just about a month later.

 You were always there to take our calls and answer our questions. And you were there when we needed help to give a little prodding to the other side of the deal to make sure everything was being done that needed to be done.

To wrap it up, we were very satisfied with you and with the results of the combined efforts of everyone involved. We would recommend you to anyone; in fact, we already did, and you are now helping our old neighbors to sell their house and to find a new one that meets their needs.
